Google Forms Data Collection

Where Légende X uses Google Forms to collect contest submissions, participants should be aware that Google automatically records the name, email address, and profile photo associated with the submitting Google account. To protect a child's privacy, parents and guardians are strongly advised to submit contest entries on behalf of their child using the parent or guardian's own Google account.

Consent to Display Artwork

By submitting a contest entry on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian grants Légende X permission to display selected artwork on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials, accompanied only by the artist's first name and city. No additional personal information will be published without explicit written consent.
